Feature Requests: Pace, Speed, Pauses
cr8tivmedia
- Ability to quickly add pauses before and after sentences/paragraphs on the right panel for entire script
- Adjust pace/speed of narration (example meditation scripts) for portions or entire script.
- Add effects like Echo, whisper to entire script
The tool has evolved tremendously and each time I login, I see new "wow, they added that!" feeling :) - Thank you for considering these enhancements.
VoiSpark
It's very kind of you to notice our progress! We're really glad to hear that you've been enjoying the updates. At VoiSpark, we always aim to make the creative process easier and more enjoyable for our users.
Regarding the features you mentioned:
1️⃣ Adding pauses between sentences/paragraphs
We actually already support this in Voice Studio. If you look at the timeline bar at the bottom of the screen, you'll see that there is a default 0.5s gap between paragraphs. You can simply drag that gap longer or shorter to adjust the pause between paragraphs.
2️⃣ Adjusting narration speed
This is also available in Voice Studio. You can select the paragraph you want to modify and adjust the speed in the right-hand settings panel. This allows you to change the speed for a specific section without affecting the entire script.
3️⃣ Adding effects like whisper or emotions
You can do this as well. When you select a paragraph, a floating toolbar will appear. You'll see several options such as Generate, History, Smart Tags, and Emotion Tags (with the emoji icon). Click the emoji icon to add emotion tags like whisper to the selected paragraph.
Please feel free to let us know if you need help finding these features — we're always happy to help!

VoiSpark This is great news indeed, and helps a lot however
- Each pause has to be manually adjusted, can be cumbersome/time consuming for long scripts - I was looking for something like this for full default for the generation
- Great but again, it would be nice to have at project/script level - I think this is there.
- Awesome but the one I was hoping for was Echo/Yelling (used a lot in motivational videos)
Thank you for the detailed answers, speedy response and my feedback remains firm on the fact that you've thought of almost everything already - Keep up the innovation! Your solution is superior to any other tool I "used to" use
